The total area of the object is 170 square meters, and its characteristic feature is an extraordinary view of the Kyiv Pechersk Lavra and the banks of the Dnipro River from Rusanivska embankment.

Since the house is located near the water, our team decided to play on the nautical theme. Therefore, the "second light" in the apartment is made of natural wood and vaguely resembles the deck of a ship.
The project includes two adults and one children's bedroom. The owners of the apartment themselves say that everyone deserves their own private space and privacy 🙂 And how can we disagree?
