House project which we totally reconstructed. Favorable location in the center of Kyiv, a rather large land plot and a large footage make this house a tasty little thing.
Spacious bedrooms with wardrobes, a spa area with a sauna – this is what makes a life in the city as comfortable as country life.

The highlight of this project is the floating staircase. We created it specifically in order to add some lightness. The laconic metal design adds a certain masculinity and strength to the interior. The walls in the house are made of walnut veneer or covered with wallpaper which resembles posh Italian fabric. Wonderfully, isn't it?
