The idea of ​​this duplex was born precisely during the worldwide lockdown in early 2020. When we were locked up at home it became clear how much we miss fresh air, space, isolation and a totally different lifestyle.

Therefore such  duplex for two families arose purely from the need of big house, the need for space and independence. And it really has many advantages – own territory, big area of ​​each house 180 m², swimming pool, terraces, parking – basically everything you need to stay home for a month or two.
